banking on a whim i decided to wander the docks in search of what for many is considered only a dream, to others the opportunity of a lifetime

with friends backing, comments of “she’s got a lot of character” and with enthusiasm at an all time balanced low high… i was able to get through to the soon to be former owner to make my best offer
with a quick tour of the new facilities. plans were set and with a short run of as many supplies as possible we packed and stowed to keep the plan in motion, get her off the docks… into the open ocean
Executive Officer David Rossi and i scrambled through the day and night. documents were signed and with intentions to meet the weekend deadline, we rallied loads as we dug through paperwork to make sure she was up to snuff
bless our Lucky Star and as it were, she came with directions…
as the first night of the new purchase set we closed down the docks readying ourselves for the new and unknown experiences at hand
